The Public UVorks Department respectfully requests the following item be placed on the
January 8; 2008 City Council agenda, under Consent Agenda, for Council's consideration:
Chance Order No. 3 for the Water Division Building. project (construction -Ira-Mac. Inc.).
Credit for .allowance inducting in contract documents. This change order amounts to
<0.05%> of the construction ~ntract:
Kreizenbeck Constructors (The City of Meridians' project construction managers) submitted a
change order for this increase.
Recommended Council Action: The Public Works Department recommends
that City Council .approves Change Order No. 3 for the Water Division Building
project (construction -Ira-Mac, Inc.) for <$15;000.00>.
