The Planning and Zoning Commission will hear the request at

subsequent monthly meetings provided the necessary
procedures and documentation are received before 5:00 P. M..
Thursday following the Planning and Zoning Commission
action.

STATEMENTS OF COMPLIANCE:
1. Streets, curbs, gutters ar,d sidewalks are to be constructed
to standards as required by Ada County Highway District and
Meridian Ordinance. Dimensions will be determined by the
City Engineer. All sidewalks will be five (5) feet in
width.
2. Proposed use is in conformance with the City of Meridian
Comprehensive Plan.
3. Development will connect to City services.
4. Development will comply with City Or•dir,ar,ces.
5. Preliminary Plat will include all appropriate easements.

The owners of Maw's Subdivision No. III wish to develop a single family subdivision. There are
seven lots in this plat. All proposed lots meet the minimum requirement for lot size.
Located at the northeast corner of Adkins Lane and Pine Avenue, the lots in this proposal all
have frontage and access onto Adkins Lane. An eighth lot provides a space for the retention of
site runoff. The density proposed in this subdivision is consistent with the current R-8 zoning of
the property.
Municipal sewer and water services are available to the site. The Ada County Highway District
Staff has reviewed a similar application and have concluded that there is capacity on the adjacent
streets to handle the traffic this development will generate. This is the final phase of the Maw's
Subdivision.
The subdivision will be in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural, and
surveying practices and local standards. The development will comply with. all fee rests
associated with the provision of City services (water, sewer, drainage, etc.). All Lots will be
fully serviced, with the exception of pressurized irrigation. Irrigation rights were removed at the
time the original subdivision was submitted for development.
We ask that the Commission recommend approval of this application to the City Council. A
representative of the owners will be available at the public. hearing to address questions related
to this project.
