The Motion was made by Corrie and seconded by Tolsma to approve
the request for vacation of easements for° Boise Minor Ereraencv
Center.
Motion Carried: All Yea:
The Motion was made by Tolsma and seconded by Giesler to have the
attorney prepare an Ordinance for vacation of easement.

Giesler: The City Engineer had a number of questions have all of
those been meant?
'The Motion was made by Tolsma and seconded by Yerrzngten to
approve the final plat on Maws Addition conditioned upon City
Engineer's conditions being fineant.
