After reviewing the Staff report for CUP-07-021; I offer the following clarifications for
the record.
Conditions of Approval
Item l.lb: The. bridge crossing Ten Mile Creek was constructed specifically for fire
access to this project to Meridian Fire Department specifications fora 70,000 lbs fire
truck at 20 feet wide.
Item l.ld: The Site Plan shows two emergency access points to the property west of
Ten Mile Creek. The one mentioned in the staff report at the southwest corner location
and one near Ten Mile Creek aligned with the Churches approved location. This location
had been previously coordinated with the church for location and cross access.
Item 1.6e: This site has operated as a 24 hour 7 day facility for years prior to the any
application to convert adjacent agricultural land to residential. It has been the owners
understanding that this existing right was, "grandfathered in"because that use preceded
the residential use and the annexation into the City of Meridian.
