Desciptionc 1) Provide all labor and materials to install geotextile fabric under southwest section of asphalt parking lot as per MTI's recommendations. 2) Provide all labor and materials to overexcavate for curb and gutter along the east side of asphalt parking area to remove fat clay soils as per MTI's recommendations.
