Statement of Proposed Use of Property
This project will be on the proposed Lot 10, Block 1 of Sundance Subdivision #5
(existing lot 22, block 7, Sundance Sub #3) and will be used for a 4,750 square foot,
single story fitness center. The existing zoning to remain is L -O (Limited Office).
Anytime Fitness will be accessible to member/patrons 24 hrs / day and will take
advantage of additional parking spaces in the evening (when the facility is busiest) due
to opposite hours of operation. n
The building will be wood -frame construction. The exterior will be earth -tone stucco,
manufactured stone accents and the roofing will be concrete roof tiles.

Notification of Neighborhood Meeting for Anytime Fitness
As required by the City of Meridian and City Code, a neighborhood meeting will be held
to provide an opportunity for anyone looking for more information on the project that is
proposed to be constructed on the NE corner of Meridian and Ustick roads. The project
will consist of a new 4,750 square foot fitness center for Anytime Fitness.
The neighborhood meeting will be held on Tuesday, -L%y 8, 2007 at 6:00pm. The
location of the meeting will be in the parking lot of proposed facility on the NE corner of
Meridian and Ustick roads in the new Settlers Crossing Business Park.
