COMNUTMENT OF PROPERTY POSTING
Per Unified Development Code (UDC) 11 -5A -5D, the applicant for all applications requiring a
public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text amendment

Re: Annexation of Kevin & Elizabeth Amar's house into Meridian City Limits
The City of Meridian requires anyone that is annexing a piece of property to hold a
Neighborhood Meeting to inform all neighbors within a 300 feet radius what is
happening with the property in question.
So please attend our very brief meeting so that we can go over our plans to annex into the
City of Meridian for the purpose of connecting to City sewer and water.
