Sonya - I would like to request that CUP07-019 and RZ07-019 be continued to the January 3, 2008 hearing. The
reason for the continuance is so the site sign can be properly noticed for the CUP application. I would also
appreciate consideration for the January 29~' Council meeting assuming a positive hearing on the 3`~ so that my
client can meet financial and other legal commitments. Thank you Patrick
