Locust Grove Road and Dunwoody Court. The property is 1.88 acres in size and is currently zoned RUT in Ada County. Adjacent Land Use and Zoning: North: Rural residential property, zoned RUT in Ada County, East: Rural residential properties (Dunwoody Subdivision), zoned RUT in Ada County, South: Rural residential property, zoned RUT in Ada County (southwest/across Locust Grove Road: Madelynn Estates, zoned R-4), West: Rural residential property, zoned RUT in Ada County; Reserve Subdivision, zoned R-4 Applications: AZ of 1.88 acres from RUT (Ada County) to R-2 Highlights: A new home was recently constructed on this site. The home received City services and as a condition of receiving those services, the applicant had to apply to annex the property, once contiguous. No new development is proposed for this site. Access to this site is currently provided from Dunwoody Court. Direct lot access to Locust Grove Road is prohibited. Proposed DA requirements: No DA proposed by staff. IF this property re-develops in the future, it will have to be done in accordance with the R-2 zoning district, the City's most restrictive and least intense district. History of Previous Actions: This property is platted as Lot 1, Block 1, Dunwoody Subdivision, in Ada County. The Meridian Planning & Zoning Commission heard this item on November 15, 2007.
