After the findings were sent to the Clerk, the applicant requested that a modification be made to
condition of approval #1.1.12 in the findings document for Emerson Park to better reflect the
motion made by Councilman Bird at the hearing on December 4, 2007. Staff has amended the
findings document to reflect the applicant's request as follows:
1.1.12 "The access driveway at the north end of this site to Meridian Road that is currently being
used for loading for Victory Greens shall be removed and the use discontinued prior to
signature on the seeevd fmal plat fg~phase 2 of the develQnment, as devicted on the
hn asing,~lan/nlat shown in Exhibit A.2."
Staff has made this change in the findings document and e-mailed it to the Clerk.
Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Council approve the findings document, as
amended.
