McKee, Commissioner G[~CLt~~~E1 NOV 3 0 2007 City of Meridian City Cler{s Office On 22 May 2002, the Ada County Highway District Commissioners acted on MAZ-02-010/MAP-02- 009/MCUP-02-012 for Lochsa Falls Subdivision. The conditions and requirements also apply to Selway/MFP-07-018/MCUP-07-016/MRZ-07-020. When the application for Lochsa Falls Subdivision was originally approved in May 2002, 171 multi-family dwellings were included in the application. Because of this, ACRD has already reviewed and commented on the traffic impacts due to the 171 multi-family dwelling units. • Prior to final approval you will need to submit construction plans to the ACRD Development Review Department to insure compliance with the conditions identified above or for traffic impact fee assessment. This is a separate review process that requires direct plans submittal to the Development Review staff at the Highway District. • A traffic impact fee will be assessed by ACHD and will be due prior to the issuance of a building permit.
