Subject: Postponement of Waltman Annexation
Dear Meridian City Clerk;
As representative for Boise Waltman, LLC, please accept this request for deferral of application AZ-06-063., a
request for annexation of 38.68 acres on Waltman Street in Meridian. We will be submitting our preliminary
plat/development agreement applications to the City next week, and would like additional time for these new
applications to catch up with the annexation, so that they can be heard together. We hereby request this
application be placed on the February 21, 2008 Planning and Zoning Commission agenda. Thank you. and please
