All -1 have reviewed the staff report w/ recommended conditions of approval and have no concerns. The
modifications (since the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting) to the report and conditions of
approval appear to accurately reflect the couple of minor issues discussed in that meeting. Please let me
know if you have any additional questions of me prior to tomorrow's council meeting.
