Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Keith Bird, Shaun Wardle, Charlie Rountree and Joe Borton. Staff Present: Bill Nary and Sharon Smith. Item 1. Roll-call Attendance: Roll call. We do have the Construction Manager Agreement that the Council can approve. It is the Agreement as proposed in the last go around that we have had and per Council's direction from last week, it was signed before noon today. Wardle: I would accept a motion to add that item to the agenda. Bird: At number three, I move that the agreement with Petra be discussed. Wardle: Do I have a second? Rountree: Second. Wardle: I would move that we approve the adopted agenda. All those in favor? THREE AYES. TWO ABSENT. MOTION CARRIED. Item 2. Construction Manager Contract for New City Hall Project with Petra, Inc.: De Weerd: Just so I am at least on the record and Councilman Borton. I would entertain a motion to adjourn. Bird: No, Madame Mayor. I would make a motion that we sign the construction management agreement with Petra for our City Hall. As they have signed the agreement, I move that we have the Mayor sign and the Clerk attest to the agreement and the Negotiating Committee keep negotiating the amendment. Rountree: Second. De Weerd: Okay, I have a motion and a second to move forward with the CM Agreement. Any discussion? No, okay. Deputy City Clerk, will you call roll?
