The Contractor is hereby directed to make the following changes from the Contract Documents and
Plans.
Desciption: Deductive Change Order for damage to well heads per Ed Squires & McLeran Well Drilling.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.
Reason for Change order: Demolition crew damaged well heads during demolition and .
excavation which resulted in additional work to abandon the wells.
