Anna, Caleb, attached is letter re Bainbridge. I didn't have any of the reference #s for the hearing so
please let me know if this is not adequate. i will be in meetings all a.m. but could redo in the
afternoon if needed.
By the way, the US 20-26 Corridor Preservation Committee (electeds and
staff) also 'approved' recommending this 100' setback to ITD, at least I think they did. I could not
quickly pull the notes to clarify so I didn't bother mentioning in this letter.

In response to an inquiry. by Caleb Hood:, the setback needed to accommodate future right of way
on US 20-26 adjacent to Bainbridge development is 100' from centerline of highway.
