The Applicant is in agreement with the specific conditions/requirements for the final plat
for Quarterhorse Subdivision.
Note: Site Specific Condition # 4 should be removed from the record. There was an error
made in the report by staff to abandon access to Locust Grove Road. That condition does
not relate to this application.
