RE: FP 07-034/Quarterhorse Subdivison
Dear Will:
Please be advised that Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District requires a new Land Use
Application be filed for the above-named project as the original application is over a year old.
Enclosed please find copy of letter mailed October 10, 2007 to Ryan Larsen, Lochsa
Engineering of Idaho, requesting new Land Use Change Application.. The District has not
received said new Land Use Change Application as of this date.
Therefore the District is unable to approve Final Plat until such time as a new LUC
application is filed, reviewed and approved.

RE: Quarterhorse Subdivision
Dear Ryan:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has received three (3) sets of improvement drawings, one
(1) drainage calculations, one (1) Geotechnical Report and one (1) quitclaim deed & warranty
deed.
Please be advised that the original Land Use Change Application received May 9, 2006 has
expired as the District's Land Use Change Applications are only valid for one (1) year.
Therefore in order for Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District to review and approve the new set of
plans a new Land Use Change Application must be filed along with six-hundred and fifty dollars
($650.00). A cashier's check, money order or cash will help expedite the application process as
checks are held until they clear.
You should have received by now a new LUC packet sent October 11, 2007. Please feel free to
contact me if you have any questions or did not receive the packt.
