Staff has been made aware that the applicant and the applicant's representative for
the Gramercy Townhome Preliminary Plat, Rezone, and Conditional Use permit
Applications will be unable to attend the November 20, 2007, City Council hearing.
Staff is requesting the Council continue the public hearing for the Gramercy
Townhomes Preliminary Plat, Rezone, and Conditional Use Permit application
(PP-07-018, RZ-07-016, and CUP-07-018) to December 4, 2007, so the applicant
can attend.
