McKee, Commissioner DECEIVED sEP z a 200 Cite ~f Meridian Ci#y Clerk office On 14 June 2006, the Ada County Highway District Commission acted on MPP-06-019 and MAZ-06- 021 for Gramercy Subdivision No. 1 (formerly Kenai). The conditions and requirements set forth in that action also apply to MPP-07-018, MCUP-07-018, and MRZ-07-016 for the Gramercy Townhome Subdivision. • Prior to final approval you will need to submit construction plans to the ACHD Development Review Department to insure compliance with the conditions identified above or for traffic impact fee assessment. This is a separate review process that requires direct plans submittal to the Development Review staff at the Highway District. • A traffic impact fee will be assessed by ACRD and will be due prior to the issuance of a building permit.
