Irrigation District to establish whether these flushing stations will be
allowed under current regulations.
2. If allowed we anticipate that a license agreement will be required
from the appropriate Irrigation District for each site. We will prepare
any documents required for the license agreement for execution by
the City of Meridian and Irrigation District. We will coordinate
execution of the agreement. Any license fees will be paid by the

permit application and submit it on behalf of the City of Meridian. All
permit fees will be paid for by the City of Meridian.
4. As part of the permitting process we will perform a field survey as
necessary and prepare complete plans and specifications for
construction of the flushing stations.
5. The construction plans and specifications will be submitted to each
of the previously mentioned agencies, as well as the Idaho
Department of Environmental Quality, and the Ada County Highway
District for their review and approval.
6. We will obtain a title report confirming the owner of each parcel
where a flushing station is proposed. We will send each owner a
copy of the construction plans and an easement form granting
permission to locate the flushing station on their property. We will
coordinate the execution of the easement form by the property
owner. Any fees associated with granting the easements shall be
paid by the City of Meridian.

Railroad property. We will prepare the necessary permit application
and submit it on behalf of the City of Meridian. All permit fees will
be paid for by the City of Meridian.

will assist the City of Meridian in advertising the project for bids, be
available to answer questions during the pre bid period, attend the
bid opening, and assist in the award of the contract.
