The Public Works Department respectfully requests the following item be placed on the
November 7 City Council agenda, under Consent Agenda, for Council's consideration:
Change Order #1 to agreement for Professional Services with Civil Survey Consultants Inc.
for design of Lanark /Commercial Water Line Connections
Recommended Council Action: The Public Works Department recommends
that City Council approves Change Order#1 to the Agreement for Professional
Services with Civil Survey Consultants, Inc. for design of Lanark / Commericial
Water Line Connections for a cost not to exceed $6500.
