As of October 19, 2007 and per the Unified Development Code 11 -5A -5D a copy of the public hearing
notice has been posted on said property under consideration. Two signs have been posted on the
property. The first sign is installed on the West side of property adjacent to the road Locust Grove and
the second sign is installed on the South side of the property adjacent to the road McMillan.
