We intend to construct a fence along the north and east side of the project and will state that in our presentation. 2. Restrict the hours of operation for the businesses abutting residential properties from 6 am to 11 pm is fine as long as the C-store has the option to be open 24/7. 3. Planting in the canal easement (other than grass) should wait until the construct of the street and re- location of the canal. What is the earliest that we can be scheduled for City Council? And also, what is the earliest that we can make application on the CUP to the C-store and meeting date? Todd _. From: C.
