REQUEST Public Hearing -Comp Plan Amndt to modify the Future Land Use Map to change 4 nodes w/land use designations of Light
Industrial to Commercial, 2 nodes from Commercial to Light Industrial & 1 node from Light Industrial to Public /Quasi Public for a future school
site. The amndts are intended to bring the Citys Future Land Use Map into conformance w/ the City's Zoning Map. An additional request
is to remove the Urban Service Planning Area (USPA) designation from the map legend & replace it w/ the Area of City Impacf (AOCI)
