Conditions of Approval CommentsRECEIjJEI~ OCT 2 ~ 2007 City of Meridian City Clerk Office • CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL We have reviewed the staff report and conditions of approval: And have the following comments: Modify c 1: add condition that Pine Street be eztended to Locust Grove prior to issuance of any Certificate of Zoning Compliance Modify to read occuhancy hermits Di Historic Preservation Dii Occupancy prior to final plats Diii Blue Cross 1.2.6 "Cross Access easements and driveway stubs" If cross access is provided do the adjacent property owners provide cross access for us This can be a huge problem!!!!!!!!! Never reach an agreement, one sided requirement. Also, I am concerned about compatibility, some of the surrounding uses are more industrial and this requirement has a huge potential for future conflicts. We will provide cross access agreement within our development and will provide extension all of the stub streets. We want this requirement removed. 2.14 We want to leave the Jackson Drain open for regarding, does the city of Meridian consider drains to be "Natural Waterways" 3.28 "No access points should be allowed to/from Eagle Road" Strike this comment or condition, we believe we have existing rights to Eagle Road! 4.3 "limit shrubs to two feet maximum" Eliminate this condition! 4.6 "Pinebridge/Fairview intersection access point should be right-in/right-out only" Remove this condition ACHD has not required this and we are working on a signal with full access as well to right-in/out access points 4.8 `No access points should be allowed to/from Eagle Road" Eliminate this condition!
