Staff is requesting that this project be continued until the November 15, 2007 Commission
meeting. At this time, Staff does not have a report from ACRD as it is not scheduled to be heard by
the Commission until October 24, 2007. After such time, ACHD should issue a report, which will be
reviewed by Staff and included in the Planning Department's report for this project. Because the
agenda is already quite full for the November 15C meeting, the next available meeting date is the 15~.
