Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this application. We have no comment on the annexation and
rezoning of this property.
Access to Eagle Road will be at locations that comply with the ITD access policy and the Eagle Road
Infrastructure Plan. Any and all access points, and any other amenities such as landscaping within the right
of way, will require a permit from ITD. Access issues should be resolved as soon as possible.
Any work done on the State Right of Way will require a permit. Permit applications are available from this
