As pwner-occupants of the neighboring property, to the rear of the proposed Gardner Ahlquist
development; we;are-, wi•itin~.tQ~exprC,ss Concerns ,with the proposed developmcrtt plans far the Gardner-.
Ahiquist laevelapment at. the_ comer of. rro.nklin and Baltic Roads. While we are suppdrttive: ~of
development and •thc. proposed road configurarion for this acreage, we have significant concerns with :the .
placement of the proposed struetur~ within the development.
We have attached for reference the materials that we have obtained regarding the proposed. configuration
'af buildings for reference with our concerns. t7B/GYN Associates is located directly to the east,of this

vehicles currently on site. The noise associated with this development is maktn(~ patient care dtffieult in
that physician-patient consultation is disrupted by noise and facility:.tnovement. We strive: to provide a
patient care environment which considers the privacy and security needs••of our patients as well as the
need 'for confidential consuttatiott•and a peticefut and whrm.environment whore women may receive the
procedures needed in a sgo#lting environment: We atso"believe that the increased trafrc caused by this
facility wilt create further noise concerns ttnd safety concerns: for• our clients and their families which
often accompany them.
We would support a hotel toward the west section of the developmenC if that is strategicaily important to
this developer,.and recommend ,a Iocation ,closer to '~".a~le Road for client access. We would like to ~ ..
promote a: reversal of ]ocfttions of'the proposed general of~icc building or medical ol~ce spaces to be ~~
adjacent tp~t11C small lot development of Meadow Lake which is slated to be occupied by professional and
small"commercial services. .
We are requesting that the .City ~equir~ the C,:erdner-Ahlquist developers to reduce the height and/or ~.
reverse the placement ofthe.proposed hotel facility with ocher proposed facilities which have similar uses..
