On 20 May 1998, the Ada County Highway District Commissioners approved the final play for Honor
Park Subdivision No. 3. The conditions and requirements set forth in that action also apply to SHP-07-
006 for the Minert Plaza Subdivision.
District po{icy 72-F4 (2} requires driveways located on collector roadways near a stop controlled intersection
to be located a minimum of 150-feet from the intersection for afull-access driveway and a minimum of 110-
feet from the intersection for aright-in/right-out only driveway. District staff approves direct lot access of one
driveway to Stratford Drive, provided it is at least 150-feet from the near edge of E. Shiller Lane.
• Prior to final approval you will need to submit construction plans to the ACHD
Development Review Department to insure compliance with the conditions identified above
or for traffic impact fee assessment. This is a separate review process that requires direct
plans submittal to the Development Review staff at the Highway District.
• A traffic impact fee will be assessed by ACRD and will be due prior to the issuance of a
building permit. Contact ACHD Planning ~ Development Services at 387-6170 for
information regarding impact fees.
