Treehaven, LLC is requesting the continuance of the Council hearing for the referenced Final Plat until the
October 23, 2007 City Council hearing. The council will be acting on the Cooperative Construction and
Reimbursement Agreement for the North Btack Cat Sewer Trunk Line at the same hearing which will allow for
