Thank you for sending to us the Staff Report and Findings of Fact,
Conclusions of Law, and Decision and Order relative to our CUP
application. We are pleased to be in a position to file for our building
permit for our new worship facility at the corner of Ten Mile and
Franklin.
However, we testified at both of our hearings that our congregation
had gone through a name change and instead of Cherry Lane
Christian Church, we are now Ten Mile Christian Church.
By acknowledging this letter, would you please note in your file for
CUP-07-013...this name change. We have been advised by the City
Attorney's office that this letter in your file is sufficient to correct this
oversight.
