AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
772 THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BE NNING
OCTOBER 1, 1997 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1998. APPR RIATING
ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY O MERIDIAN,
MDAHO IN THE SUM OF $165,000 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE TE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL O,ZxTHE CITY OF
RIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 772, the appropri~on ordinance for the City of
Meri Ian, Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing Octob 1, 1997 and ending September
30, 19 8 be and the same is hereby amended as fo ows:
at the additional sum of $165,000 be a ropriated out of the revenues from
Cable T. Franchise fees and State Liquor A portionment, to be used for authorized
activities.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shal~be in full force and effect from and after it
passage, appro I and publication.

OCTOBER 1, 1997 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1998. APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
IDAHO IN THE SUM OF $165,000 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:

activities.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after it
passage, approval and publication.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of
Meridian, Idaho, this 9th day of September, 1998.
