MERIDIAN CITY COUNCIL DECEMBER 10, 1996
The special meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order by Mayor Robert D.
Corrie at 5:35 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Walt Morrow, Glenn Bentley, Charlie Rountree, Ron Tolsma:
OTHERS PRESENT: Will Berg, Wayne Crookston, John Fitzgerald II:
Corrie: I will entertain a motion from the Council to go into Executive Session per State
code for pending litigation, personnel matters and possible real estate purchases.
Rountree: So moved
Bentley: Second
Corrie: Motion made and seconded, all those in favor? Opposed?
MOTION CARRIED: All Yea
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Corrie: I will call the meeting back to order. The Executive Session was held and no
decisions were made as far as personnel at this time. I will entertain a motion that the
Executive Session and Special meeting be closed.
Rountree: So moved
Bentley: Second
Corrie: Motion made and seconded that close the special meeting at 6:20 P.M. in the
evening, all those in favor? Opposed?
MOTION CARRIED: All Yea
MEETING ADJOURNED AT 6:20 P. M.:
