AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN AMENDING AND CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF MERIDIAN WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE E 1/2 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 2, T. 3N., R. 1W., B.M., ADA COUNTY, IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, Idaho, have concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to change the zoning from R-4 Residential to Limited Office (L-0), for the following described parcel in Section 1 below: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho: Section 1. That the aforementioned real opQrty which is described as follows: A parcel of land situated in the E 1/2 o4tthe SW 1/4 of Section 2, T. 3N. , R 1W. , B.M. , Meridian Idah eing more particularly described as follows: %� BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the said E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 2; thence along the West boundary of the said E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 which line is also the East boundary of Sunburst Subdivision No. 2 North 00017124" East 881.00 feet to a point; thence along a line parallel with the South boundary of the said E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 South 88*38131" East 414.773 feet to a point on the West boundary of Sunnybrook Farms No. 2, a subdivision; thence along the said West boundary said Sunnybrook Farms No. 2 and the West boundary of Sunnybrook Farms No. 1, a subdivision, said boundaries being parallel with the said West boundary of the E 1/2' of the SW 1/4 South 00°17'24" West 881.00 feet to a point on the said South boundary of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4, which boundary is also the centerline of West Cherry Lane; thence along the said South boundary North 88038'31" West 414.73 feet to the POINT OF REZONE ANNEXATION ORDINANCE - CURRY BRANDAW ARCHITECTS - PRESTIGE CARE PAGE 1 BEGINNING. be, and the same is hereby rezoned from R-4 Residential to Limited Office (L-O) and Section 11-2-425, Official Zoning Maps is hereby amended to reflect the same. This rezoning is subject to the conditions referenced in the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law as adopted by the Meridian City Council on the request for rezone. Section 2. The Applicant shall comply with all of the Ordinances of the City of Meridian including the Fire Code, Life Safety Code, the Uniform Building, Electrical, Plumbing Codes and all of the Ordinances of the City of Meridian. Section 3. That if the Applicant shall fail to meet the above conditions the property shall be subject to rezone back to R- 4. Section 4. EFFECTIVE DATE: There being an emergency, which emergency is hereby declared to exist, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as required by law.
