As we discussed this morning, CenterCal Properties hereby requests the P&Z hearing scheduled for October 4,
2007 be continued and rescheduled for October 18, 2007. This postponement should to allow adequate time to
work out some important issues between the City and developer before our hearing with the Planning and Zoning
Commission.
