Subject: Baraya Phase 1 and 2 Final Plat Hearings
Kristy,
We would like to continue the final plat hearings for both Baraya Phase 1 and 2 tomorrow night to work
out some minor clarification issues relating to the water system pressure reducing station (Phase 1
condition) and the flushing station (Phase 2). We need some time to meet with Public Works staff to
make sure we understand the exact location and sizing of the requirement so we get the wording
correct. We have time to get it right...Scott and I just havent had a convenient time to get together to
make sure we are on the same page and there is some conflicts between how the condition is written and
what is being communicated over the phone. Better to take sometime to make sure we get the condition
right. Thanks
