Hello Caleb -
As we have discussed over the last several weeks, the preliminary plat for the Waltman 38
acre property annex rezone application is underway. However, I feel it would be far better to
request a hearing date of December 6 at this time. This date will give our civil engineer time
to complete the preliminary plat and provide ample time for agency review. Concurrent with
the preliminary plat is our draft of sections we would like to include with the Developement
Agreement. The additional time helps us to thoroughly connect the Development Agreement
with design items of the Preliminary Plat.
