Re: Proposed Agenda Item for October 2, 2007 City Council Meeting
The Public Works Department respectfully requests the following item be placed on the
October 2, 2007 City Council agenda, under Consent Agenda, for Council's consideration:
Change Order No 2 for the Water Division Building proiect (construction -Joslin Millwork,
Inc . Additional cabinets and countertops requested by the Water Department. This change
order consists of the following work and amounts to 38% of the construction contract:
• Provide all labor and materials to install additional cabinets and countertops in the
Computer Room and Break Room.
Recommended Council Action: The Public Works Department recommends
that City Council approves Change Order No. 2 for the Water Division Building
project (construction -Joslin Millwork, Inc.) for $9,838.00 and authorize the
Mayor to sign it.
