Staff has been made aware that the applicant for the Intermountain Outdoor
Combined Preliminary/Final Plat Application failed to post notice of the public
hearing on the property for the October 2, 2007, City Council hearing. Staff is
requesting the Council continue the public hearing for the Intermountain
Outdoor Subdivision Combined Preliminary/Final Plat application (PFP-07-
003) to October 16, 2007, so the applicant can place public notice on the
property.

Hi Bill,
As we discussed on Monday, September 24, 2007, I request to continue the public hearing for preliminary and
final plat at the Meridian City Council from October 2, 2007, to the earliest next possible hearing date. I
understand this earliest possible date may be October 16, 2007. This continuation is due to the lack of required
notice on the property 10 days prior to the scheduled hearing date.
