An~~tinne Fitness. 1 have bzen a member since,lanuary 2007 and think that it is an amazing addition to our
C~miTlunity. I wort. out severe! times a week and sameti2nes I nest ii~c only person in the gym. 1 have
never felt that my safety was in queszlon. There are Juts can alt fire time and the security s~~stem is
completely high end. Vli ithout a doubt i wiJJ continue to use their facility with confidence.

They are truly mceking a diffi'erence by giving back.

I just wanted to drop you a short note regarding the upcoming Plarming and Zoning meeting
on the 25e`, regarding Anytime Fitness and their conditional.use permit I curmntly own one
of the other buildings in the Settlers Crossing business complex an the coiner of Ustick and
Meridian Road where Anydme Fitness is looking to locate. I just wanted to voice my
opinion regarding this business and their application.
I personally feel that they would be a great asset to our complex given that they are a small
fitness center rovith a upped meuibenhip. They offer the potential to bring move clieauts into
our c5cmplex without ova the whole place. Theiz peak times do not coincide with our
peak boors and so I don't see that as a co~lict either. I understand they are asking far
extended lxours a~4t00 aim to 12.00 mid~tigbR a;nd I don't see that as a problem either.
laving busi~aess such as this movigg into the snore residential areas I also see as a plus
because it enables people to participate witb~out having to drive into downtown, or worse
yet, nut onto lragle Road, thus reducing the traffic in those higher traffic areas.
All in all, I see them as a real plus and would encourage the approval of their conditional use
permit.
