The P blic Works Department respectfully requests the following item be placed on the
Septe ber 18, 2007 City Council agenda, under Consent Agenda, for Council's
consid ration:
Chan Order No. 1 for the Water Division Buildin ro'ect construction -Treasure Valle
Fire P faction Inc . Additional plumbing work is required for the completion of the new
Water ivision Building. This change order consists of the following work and amounts to
<1.5% of the construction contract:
• Provide a credit for the excavation of 6" water line that was completed by the Owner.
Kreizen ck Constructors (The City of Meridians' project construction managers) prepared
and su miffed the change order.
Recommended Council Action: The Public Works Department recommends
hat City Council approves Change Order No. 1 for the Water Division Building
