The Applicant has requested that this project be continued until the June 7, 2007 Commission
meeting so that ACHD can complete their review of the project and issue a report. However, the
Planning Department is requesting that this project be continued until the June 21, 2007 Commission
meeting for the following reasons: 1) ACHD had some significant concerns and issues with the
Traffic Impact Study and items that need to be addressed by the applicant and is waiting for
comments back from the applicant before preparing a report; 2) ACHD has stated that their report
should be fmished by June 6th, which does not allow sufficient time for Staff to prepare a report prior
to the meeting on June 7th; and 3) The agendas area already quite full for June 7th, For these reasons,
Staff is requesting this project be continued until June 21, 2007, the next available Commission
meeting,
