Status of Development Review
The Ada County Highway District Planning Review and Traffic Services staff have been reviewing the
above referenced development application. Due to the size, nature, and location of the proposed
development, the application review has been complex and lengthy. The District had requested
additional information from the applicant in order to complete its review, and that information was
received by the District on July 9,2007. Staff is now reviewing the newly submitted information and
anticipates completing the review and scheduling a hearing before the ACHD Commission in the coming
weeks.
Staff understands that the City has a Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for July 19,
2007, and that an ACHD staff report will not be available for the P&Z Commission to consider at that
time. The primary areas of concern in the review of this development application are as follows:
. Proposed signalized intersection on Fairview Avenue
. Proposed access to existing roadways and new roadways
. Extension of Pine Street to Nola Road
. Access to Commercial Court (existing private street)
. Impacts to surrounding roadways
