ORDINANCE NO. 740
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
711 THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1, 1995 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1996. APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF MERIDIAN,
IDAHO IN THE SUM OF $800,000 AND PROVFDING AN EFFECTIVE- DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY. COUNCLL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 711, the appropriation ordinance for the City of
Meridian, Idaho,. for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 1.995 and ending September
30, 1996 be and -the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of $800,000 be appropriated out of the revenues from
additional ACRD Impact Fees, to be used for authorized activities.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of Meridian,
Idaho, this 5th day of September, 1996.
