ORDINANCE NO. 725
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN EXISTING 20 FOOT UTILITY AND
DRAINAGE EASEMENT, BY REDUCING THE WIDTH FROM 20 FEET TO 15 FEET,
WHICH EASEMENT IS THE NORTHERLY 20 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 1 OF CENTRAL
VALLEY CORPORATION PARK NO. 1 (A RECORDED SUBDIVISION ON FILE IN BOOK
57 OF PLATS AT PAGES 5332 AND 5333, RECORDS OF ADA COUNTY, IDAHO); AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council and the Mayor of the City of Meridian, Idaho,, have
concluded that it is in the best interest of said City to vacate a portion of the utility and
drainage easement on lot 6, Block 1, Central Valley Coporate Park No. 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO:
Section 1: That pursuant to Section 50-1306A and Section 11-9-611 A, specifically,
and Title 50, Chapter 13, Idaho Code, generally, the City of Meridian, having held the
required hearing and it appearing that proper notice of said hearing was given and there
being no objection, hereby vacates the southern five feet (5') of the twenty foot (20') wide
utility and drainage easement located in the Northerly 20 feet of Lot 6, Block 1 of Central
Valey Corporate Park No. 1 (a recorded Subdivision on file in Book 57 of Plats at Pages
5332 and 5333, records of Ada County, Idaho); this to leave a fifteen foot (15') easement
along the north line of Lot 6, Block 1.
Section 2. WHEREAS, there is an emergency therfor, which emergency is hereby
declared to exist, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its
passage, approval and publication as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho this 20th day of February, 1996.

this to leave a fifteen -foot ( 15' ) easement along the north line of
Lot 6, Block 1.
