Dear Brad:
P~ my Jetter dated February 10,2003, we are proceeding with a concept or sketch plat, as you
suggested, for approval on the entire 152 acres (approx. 455 Jots). However, since my
coxrespondence 00 February 10, 2003, we have had several con\:'ersations with Meridian City Staff
requesting a meeting to discuss agreements and issues, Staff has indicated that they would like to
meet first to discuss project issues. However, according to oW' conversations with staff, no meeting
has occurred. Again, the developer wants to/hold a meeting with staff to discuss agreements and
issues prior to the March 11,2003 City Council meeting on the project, As you will recall, the
proposal was reviewed by Meridian 'CílY Council on February 04, 2003 and postponed to the
March 11, 2003 date for further review by staff. The March II, 2003 date is fast approaching and it
appears as though little progress has been madc.
The dcveloper desires 10 work with the City of Meridian on the project, however, he also desires a
timely resolution to the issues involved. Once again, we would like to meet with city staff as soon
as possible to discuss potential agreements and issues so the project can move folWard,
