AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
621, THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR .BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1, 1993 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1994; APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE. CITY OF MERIDIAN,
IDAHO, IN THE SUM OF $150,000; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 621, the appropriation ordinance for the City of
Meridian, Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 1993, and ending September
30, 1994, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of $150,000 be appropriated out of the revenues from
additional Impact Fees and Gas Permits, to be used for authorized activities.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the. Mayor of the City of Meridian,.
Idaho, this 7th day of September, 1994.
