The public Works department per Len Grady would Gke to continue FP 07-28 the final plat approval for Jakers
Subdivision, Staff has been waifing for a reimbursement agreement to be presented to Len Grady and the City
Attorney for review. We received this agreement on 9/5/2007 at 1:40 pm, Due to the time involved to review and
accept this agreement, we are asking for a continuance of the Final Plat application until 9/18/2007.
