Section 2. That the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law adopted by the City Council of the rezone application for the land described in Section 1 above include terms and conditions for the rezone of the rezone of the above described property and they shall be met. Section 3. That the City Clerk shall cause one (1) copy of the legal description, and map, which shall plainly and clearly designate the boundaries of said property, to be~filed with the Ada County Recorder, Ada~County Assessor, and the State Tax Commission within teri (10) days following the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 4. EFFECTIVE DATE: There being an emergency, which emergency is hereby declared to exist, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as required by law..
